Festival of a 1000 Bikes - Mallory Park England

What a fantastic weekend, at Mallory Park!!!!
Phil and I had never considered photographing bikes before, and if it was not for a close friend of ours, Tony, we most likely would never have gone. But what a joy, working with our new Canon 5D Mk11’s. We learned new skills of panning, freeze framing and working at high shutter speeds, but trying to come down the speeds to get the feel of motion within the wheels.
We both walked away exhausted, with excitement and anticipation of the final results. Over 1500 photos taken of which we think we will keep 30 to 40. I just wish that we could send some of the photos onto their respectful owners.
